Products All pottery items are handmade and may contain natural variations in size, color, texture, and finish. These variations are part of the character of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects. We make every effort to accurately display product photos and descriptions, but colors may vary depending on screen settings.

Payment Is required at the time of purchase. Payments are securely processed through Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or other third-party providers. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Shipping All shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage item and packaging. Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
