Processing Time

All pottery is carefully packed by hand. Orders are processed within [3–5 business days] unless otherwise noted. 

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

Currently ship via [USPS / UPS]. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of pieces ordered. 

 

For Locals- If you would like to meet me in the Snohomish area to avoid shipping fees, please email me so we can setup a date and time. When completing the purchase enter code LOCAL 

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Estimated delivery: [3–7 business days] after shipment

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

* The damaged item

* The packaging and box

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
