Returns & Exchanges
Each pottery piece is handmade and intended for personal use, so all sales are final and I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Once a piece has left my studio, I can’t be sure how it’s been handled or cared for, and shipping pottery more than once increases the risk of damage. For this reason, returned items can’t be safely resold.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
* The damaged item
* The packaging and box
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
