Amanda Figler is the artist and owner of af pottery.

She creates small-batch functional kitchenware and home decor out of her home studio in Snohomish Washington. All pottery pieces are heavily influenced by the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest that she has called home her entire life. 

She creates in a mindset of positive energy and thankfulness for the opportunity to create art for others. The change in variety and style of pottery comes from her interests in her environment and creative curiosity. Her hand-made pots are each naturally different from the next, giving a harmonious organic look to the collection. 

All pieces are created individually on the potters' wheel and fired in an electric kiln. Materials used are sourced through local and small independent businesses whenever possible. Lead-free glazes are used on all pieces giving a smooth food-safe surface that are microwavable and dishwasher safe.
